Beaver Brook Learning Collective
The Beaver Brook Learning Collective is a group of local families who participate in various types of homeschooling. We join together to empower each other and provide nature-based, place-based, and project-centric learning opportunities to elementary age children. Our philosophy is that children learn best when they can follow their interests and engage in relevant, relatable work. We believe all children need time to play and explore in natural environments free of judgement and adult direction in order to build skills, gain self-esteem, and foster connections with the world that will lead to a sustainable future for their generation.
